Landscape design services are provided pursuant to written service agreements that specify scope of work, timelines, fees, payment terms, and client responsibilities. These service agreements supersede any general terms contained on this Site and govern the specific relationship between Scentediacandles and clients for particular projects.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for landscape design services are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require an initial deposit, progress payments at specified milestones, and final payment upon completion. All fees are quoted in United States Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scentediacandles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of our Site or services, including but not limited to:

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined above, or in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, as applicable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
